Join us for an empowering and informative Women’s Self-Defense Class, hosted in partnership with the Lyndell Institute! The Lyndell Institute is a family-owned and operated martial arts school in Weldon Spring, Missouri! Our amazing instructor Jamie has many accolades under her belt, including:
