The Rock Hill Public Library serves the community of Rock Hill, Missouri, an inner circle suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 1943 it is one of the smallest libraries in the St. Louis area.

The Library belongs to a nine-member cooperative of independent libraries, with reciprocal borrowing privileges. In 1996, these libraries formed the Municipal Library Consortium to implement a shared automation project, providing access to the Internet for their patrons and a combined title catalog for the member libraries.
