National Boone Day Celebration

Explore what life was like in the Missouri Territory through the lens of Daniel Boone and his community. On National Boone Day, visitors receive free admission to The Historic Daniel Boone Home and can join in on special topic tours that explore lesser-known aspects of Boone’s life and times. Visitors can explore the village at and engage with demonstrators practicing traditional crafts that were an essential part of life during the early 1800s.This free program is for all ages.
