At Complete Harmony, we nurture a playground for mindfulness, embodied movement, and self-exploration for youth who have experienced developmental trauma, have mental health diagnoses, and who are navigating how to show up authentically in their bodies.
Through relationship building, we explore the brain-body connections, social-emotional awareness, regulation, and coping skills by using trauma-informed mindfulness and yoga.
