National Public Lands Day | What’s happening in St. Louis

National Public Lands Day

*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 09/24/2022
National Public Lands Day is the nation's largest single-day volunteer effort. It celebrates the connection between people and green space in their community, inspires environmental stewardship, and encourages the use of open space for education, recreation, and health benefits. Gateway Arch National Park, Gateway Arch Park Foundation, Beyond Plastics, and Living Lands & Waters have partnered to organize a community trash pick-up event to help clean up the St. Louis Riverfront. Recruit your friends and family members and join us in lending a helping hand!

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Later in the afternoon, our B.A.R.K. Superintendents (dog ambassadors) will lead a B.A.R.K. Ranger walk around the park.

Stay tuned for more details coming soon.
