Branch History

Mid-County opened in January 1977 after the Clayton Public Library merged with St. Louis County Library. Located in the heart of Clayton, the branch is popular with workers from nearby businesses as well as residents in the surrounding area. It features two meeting rooms, a teen area and a computer lab where free classes are available to everyone. Parking spots are available under the branch which has an elevator for easy access.
